Through Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems Coaching, Creative Art Expression and Exploration, and ancestral traditional healing practices, I collaboratively guide your journey into the True Self. 

I help you rediscover - or discover- the Joy one experiences through authentic living, deeper connections, and conflict resolution.
